Rental Rates and Information
The Charlotte Scottish Rite is pleased to offer our facilities for rental to outside organizations and individuals. Our beautiful and spacious building includes a 750 seat dining facility, full-production kitchen and 900 seat auditorium theater. These spaces are available for meetings, receptions, productions, banquets and other approved events.
Usage fees are as follows:
- The fee for the auditorium is $2500.00 for eight (8) hours. A full eight hour period must be purchased on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. A four hour period may be rented Monday through Thursday for a rental fee of $1500.00.
- The fee for the dining room & kitchen is $1500.00 for eight (8) hours. A full eight hour period must be purchased on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. A four hour period may be rented Monday through Thursday for a rental fee of $1000.00.
- A deposit of $250.00 is REQUIRED to hold a date for a function in the building and is Non-Refundable. This is due at the time of reservation and signing of contract.
- A cleaning deposit of $150.00 is REQUIRED, but will be refunded if the facilities are left in a clean and orderly fashion.
- The building closes no later· than midnight (12:00 A.M.) on the rental day.
- Any function exceeding the eight (8) hour agreement will be billed at $100.00 per hour with a minimum of one (1) hour.
- Access to the building for Setup or decorating on a separate day will be billed at $100.00 per hour.
- All usage fees include an on-site Scottish Rite attendant to accommodate your needs while using the facility.
